Marie Anderson Delgado, 63, passed peacefully away on October 28, 2021 after a two year battle with colon cancer.
Marie was preceded in death by her husband Rodney Delgado, mother Marilyn Anderson, father Elmer Anderson, father-in-law Cecil Delgado, niece Andrea Vinnola, and grandnephew Ellis Anderson.
Marie is survived by her two sons Adam Delgado Gallegos (Jarrod Delgado-Gallegos), and Luke Delgado. Sisters Sharon Bishop, Carolyn Anderson (Paul Sortland), brothers Richard Anderson (Debra), Roger Anderson (Lori Irwin), mother-in-law Ann Delgado, sister-in-law Donna Pepper (Booth), brother-in-law Myron Delgado, and many aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews. Honorary sisters and dearest friends Pam Crull (Bob Sanchez), Betty Romero (Dave) gave unwavering love and support to Marie throughout her life.
Marie grew up in Moorhead, MN and after school moved to Denver, Colorado where she met her beloved husband Rod. Marie always tried to find humor in life even in its darkest hours. She was competitive, kind, funny, and determined. She wanted to recover but in the end cancer overwhelmed her body. She wanted people to celebrate life and share treasured memories with family and friends.
